Meet Todd Corbin, CPC

Create an unshakeable core of calm, confidence, and focus.

Mistakenly labeled learning disabled and bullied as a child, Todd Corbin grew up with very low self-esteem causing many social and emotional scars to overcome. That negative mindset developed at an early age sabotaged his college golf and baseball pursuits and made his racquet skills suffer in higher stakes competitions.

Now a professional speaker, author, certified coach, mindfulness teacher, sports enthusiast, and avid runner and pickleball player, Todd shares his wisdom for enhancing performance, increasing resilience and emotional/mental mastery, and reducing stress and anxiety through a variety of speaking and training programs (Both live in-person and online) and personal coaching.  Todd works with the Yale U men's and women's squash teams and was the lead mindful sports performance and mindset expert at MSquash of Port Chester, NY &  SONO, CT.

Todd is a trained mPEAK instructor, the mindfulness for performance certification program through UC San Diego.

For over twelve years Todd served as an adjunct instructor at Lakeland Community College in Ohio, teaching courses in stress and emotional management, communication skills, sales, high performance, mindfulness, and meditation.

Todd has been practicing and teaching mindfulness and meditation since 1993, integrating the most current research in neuroscience and optimal performance.  He  received formal training in mindfulness from some of the leading experts and programs in the field including:  Daniel J. Todd spent over twenty-one years in higher education sales and custom publishing working for some of the world’s leading educational publishers including Pearson, Houghton-Mifflin, and Cengage Learning. This afforded Todd access to thousands of educators in hundreds of schools across the country helping him gain an intimate knowledge of curriculum and instruction for how students and adults learn most effectively.

Todd is a certified parenting coach receiving his certification with specialized training in special needs in 2012 from the Academy for Coaching Parents International.

He received a Level 2 certification in 2013 from Pediatric Speech Therapist Suzy Miller's Awesomism Practitioner Program designed to create greater understanding and communication with children and teens, especially those on the autism spectrum.

Todd also holds a Level 3 certification in Thought Field Therapy which is from where the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping originated.

Todd was captain of his high school golf team and played varsity baseball where he used his speed to track down many fly balls. He continued his passion for sports by coaching youth baseball for a decade. He spends much of his time sharing his knowledge of stress and performance anxiety relief, developing a growth mindset, and performance enhancement with youth and student-athletes, sports teams, and coaches.

Todd has a unique partnership with Pitch In For Baseball & Softball® (PIFBS) an organization that helps give the gift of play and contributes to positive youth development by providing equipment to children around the world.
